Shay Dalton, Managing Director, is one of the most high profile executive recruiters operating in the Irish market, with over 15 year’s finance and recruitment experience. He has been involved in some of the most respected search brands in the market. He is a qualified Accountant having worked in senior finance positions for several years, and has worked within the search & selection market since 1996. Shay proactively works with clients and candidates, combining his market knowledge and technical understanding to provide effective executive search solutions. Shay holds an MSc in Organisational Management and is a member of BPS, qualified to conduct and interpret psychometric testing as well as EQi testing.
